I live in KS just received a letter fromCredigy receivables, actually a notice to appear in court
in 3 weeks they are suing me for 9,600 + fees what can they do, or take. What can I do. Last payment I believe was 5-2001. If they are contacted & paid will they drop lawsuit? Any answer appreciated.
