Jade, gromit, Koko, Beth, Airics I keep reading more and more about these various CAs trying to put one over on us by threatening and suing on time barred debts. Perhaps if we join forces we can make a difference. Let me know if you are interested. Anyone else out there in Ohio land who wants to discuss the OHIO SOL on credit card debt please respond as well. Instead of getting screwed over, one by one, maybe we can make a difference together. Why Chat has already put up a lot of really good info, but it is up to us to take it to the next level and find a way to put this issue of 4, 6, or 15yrs to rest once and for all. 4 yrs it is, and these CAs know it, but we need to find a way to put this baby to rest once and for all.
