I did get that site you mentioned, and plan on contacting them tomorrow. I was thikning again about the AGs office and weather or not they issue official opinions on matters; kindav like IRS Opinion Letters. I did read in the paper today that yes Ohio Edison, First Energy or whatever they are called had three fairly good sized transmission lines trip within hours before all hell broke loose. I think the article said the third one that triped was caused by the lines getting hot, carring too much juice, saged, hit a tree and tripped. Personally I like the squirl story from a few years back.
