Once I get the papers from the court in regular mail, which I am expecting at any time, I plan on contacting this organization about them. They have a form you can fill out and submit on their website and I'm going to explain everything to them and give them the TILA info and the Ohio codes. Hopefully they'll be able to do something. It's a little hard to dig yourself out of a hole if these CAs can still come after you 10 years later.

Also, Whychat, do you have a link or information about the Ohio requirements for something to be considered a contract? I was thinking that maybe it could help in court to be able to show that a CC application does not fufill the requirements of a contract.
