? for Why Chat As I understand it, Ohio has adopted the the Uniform Commercial Code in its' original form (is that correct temrminology?)
Anyway,State Statute 1302.98 (UCC 2-725) "Statute of limitations in contracts for (A) An action for breach of any contract for sale must be commenced within four years after the cause of action has occured. By the original agreement the parties may reduce the period of limitation to not less than one year but may not extend it." I think this UCC 2-725 is shown under Open Accounts 4 yrs over at E-debt network.com. I was unsure when I saw that, if E-debt network.com is using this as its basis for Open Acct.: 4. Any thoughts on this?? Is this an answer for Jade
since I think that is about a particular store account? "ANY CONTRACT FOR SALE" Let them call it a contract. Are not these OC selling us a line of credit for us to use as we see fit, and even advancing us cash if with ask which by the way usually has different terms than the various store charges?
