Of course I am in ohio and I asked my attorney his opinion and he said it is very rare for any debt to be upheld at the 15 year sol. I asked him if it is 4 or 6 years and he said his opinion was 4 years but that ohio statutes are so confusing it really is a crapshoot in court.
