can you post the entire letter here without your personal information of course. That letter is a major violation of the fdcpa. Is there a notice that you have 30 days to dispute the debt? The whole 4 days/attorney sentence clearly overshadows the dispute period and you could wipe them a new hole if you had a halfway competent attorney.
