Hey, thanks Scott! Makes me feel better that there is an Ohio attorney out there that agrees with the 4 year SOL. It definitely makes me feel better and pushes me to go to court and fight this when the time comes. My worries are that I'm going to lose and the attornies fees and court costs are going to increase the debt a couple of thousand dollars.
