what kind of inquiry was this- a hard or soft inquiry? Experian will do nothing about inquiries as I have found out firsthand. In fact, I sued them because they would not investigate inquiries and they lost and still they will not delete them nor will they send my $1000 check. If this is a hard inquiry then you can sue dealtracker for $1000 for a non permissable purpose. It may be best to call experian and find out which type of inquiry this is.
