In my opinion, showing any doubt or equivication on an interpretation of a State statute is a VERY BAD IDEA. A cc ACCOUNT is NOT a UCC goods and services account, it is NOT a retail installmnt loan, and it is NOT a written contract. It is exactly what the statute says it is, "other" and is covered under the 4 year SOL.
