OK so I get the point, but am I missing something here. "other" where is that word in 2305.09 D, or are you talking about something else, or the inference that 2305.09 D covers others that do not fit elsewhere. I know you are talking about exclusion not inclusion but now I'm getting from you that word "other" is in the statute, so now I wondering if I am still missing something.
The whole reason I started this post was not disagree with anyone, but wanted to know if maybe we (ohio people) all call the AGs offcie the same day, get the same contact person, perhaps we could get something in writing, a written opinion or something similar. bad idea??
