When did you last pay the ORIGINAL CREDITOR on the account ?

SOL in FL is FOUR YEARS, so if you last paid the OC before Today, the SOL has expired on the debt !
Since Allied claims you didn't pay and you have no records from Northland (aka Sherman Acquisitions), then use the SOL against these dirtbags at Allied !!

Send them WhyChat's SOL/C&D letter and get rid of them.
