I suffered a brain hemmorage in 1998, that left me paralyzed on one side, affected my speech, and my memory. Since 1998 I only had one thing on my mind, getting better. I left Texas in 1999 and moved to Ark to be closer to family. I have not recieved any correspondence from my creditors from 1998 till 2003. The way I found out about my past debts is I sent off for a copy of my credit reports after being turned down for a loan and there they were all my creditors not having the decency to contact me but still sending in negative info. Is there anything I can do short of paying them, I am still on disabilty and can't pay them. When I think about all the wasted time when I could have done something, but now its to late, and I feel like the only way out is bankruptcy.
