Questions about cleaning up CR?

I have a number of questions about cleaning up the CR. Any ideas and suggestions would be great. Thanks in advance.

Here are the facts: Bk7 discharged in May 03; a bunch of CO pre BK7 filing; numerous erronious addresses(10+ on one CR); employer listed from 8 years ago; erronious former employer (wrong spelling and variations)Several CA's listed;

Accounts in BK: 1stUSA, 2-MBNA's( one was purchased on managed from Suntrust), Citibank, Shell (citibank gas card), Exxon (Monogram bank), Discover, Amx Green, 2 Amex Optima's, BOA, Direct Merchants Bank. (Yes, I was a scum bag with credit....it was a failed business that sent me over the edge )

Where should I start first. Removing the incorrect addresses and employers first then attack the CC's? Also, which of the accounts listed above, (based on everyones experience) would be easiest to remove i.e. they don't follow up on the CRA request, etc?

How far back on the addresses do I want to dispute? (They have one that is 25 years old). Also listed is an employer from 1974 where I work only three months in HS.

I have spent a lot of time studying the board and I gather that sending in up to 4 request per cycle is about right????

What causes and what will happen if I'm labled "Frivilous"?

Should I dispute the same credit accounts across the board in at all three CRA at the same time or do different ones at different times or just do one CRA at a time?
