I am being sued by the original creditor. After reading further on this site I see that statute of limitations may be in effect here, I lived in Michigan when I first became delinquent. According to this site Michigan's statute is 6 years, I know its been more than 6 years since I became delinquent...Any help with how to file an answer based on this?
