One thing that you might want to keep in mind is that the SOL in Alaska on such accounts is 3 years. By way of the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, you cannot have less rights than an alleged debtor in Alaska would have. Therefore, SOL is up. I contend that if you file a motion to dismiss based on the supremacy clause and 14th amendment and it will probably get thrown out.
