update on tuition debt problem - please help if you can

Hi I posted about this in an earlier thread (first post at the bottom of the page) and I need som immediate advice. I contacted my school about this matter (i owe a CA 450 who threatened to sue me if i didnt pay in full in 5 days), and they refused to take the debt back from the CA. Worst case scenario, if they do sue, what would be the steps involved and would i still have time to get the funds together? Please someone help me by going over the steps that would most likely occur. Would I need to appear in coart anywhere? I really dont know anything about this. This whole situation is giving me an ulcer i think.
