What they sent is a pitiful excuse for validation. The UNSIGNED CC agreement is telling.. they don't have it and THAT is where you agree to their terms.

The 1 or 2 statements is INSUFFICIENT to support the amount they are stating is the alleged debt. They did not provide ALL of the transactions (likely can't either) that make up the balance they are alleging you owe.

Sounds like the letters were back-dated.
If they did NOT own the account or had no been assigned the account in June when the inquiry appeared, then that IS Non-PP.

Unfortunately, the lawyer may be able to get away with proving to a judge that the debt is yours :(
All they need is a 'preponderance of evidence' so unless you have MORE of a preponderance that disputes the debt, you may have a problem.
