First of all.. you have time. They CANNOT just go 'enter a judgment' against you. They have to follow the laws and that means suing you FIRST. You'd be served with a summons and complaint. You'd have somewhere between 10-30 days to file your Answer to their complaint (time depends on your state). Then you'd probably wait for a court date - which could be MONTHS away. Then you go to court and IF Arrow wins, THEN they get a judgment. So what, having a judgment doesn't automatically mean they take anything they want from you. There are exemptions to protect your property. If you're head of household, they can't even garnish your wages.

My point is, a lawsuit, even if these cowardly baboons file one, will take a lot more time than what they are threatening you with.

YOU HAVE TIME - DON'T LET THEM PRESSURE YOU !!
