If you applied for the card on Mars, and defaulted while you were living on Venus, it still would not matter if they are suing you in Fl.

The Fl SOL appies. Go to my website, scroll to the bottom, follow the directions for answering a time-barred lawsuit.

Before you do so, however, check with the Court and make sure this is a REAL lawsuit, and not some scam scum fraud.

If they HAVE actually filed a lawsuit, which I doubt, you would have been served legal papers from the Court with a docket # .

If they DID actually file, go to the Court and get a copy of their claim to see what dates and what type of claim they have made so you can answer properly.
