Why would you borrow from friends (creating a debt) to pay a debt. Stop being afraid. No one goes to jail for a debt. There are no "debtor prisons" in this day & age. Even if it goes to court, and you don't show up and they get a default judgment...you still can't pay the judgment without a job. That's where it ends. Learn not to anwser the phone unless you know who's calling. If it's your friends, tell 'wm to leave a message!! You'll call them back.
