In the first place NEVER concern yourself with morality when it comes to banks. Why?? Because you funded your own loan/line of credit with your application (a.k.a. "your promise to pay", a.k.a. "your promisary note") which the banks prompty sold on the open market for cash. Now, they have money funded by you AND you still own them. Something's pretty smelly here. Can you think of any transaction that you'd ever willingly and knowingly pay for twice? Think about it.
