Here is a link to a letter, add the paragaraph about the repo to the bottom section. The UCC § 9 is the Uniform Commercial Code section which deals with the laws on repossession and deficiency. It requires full notice to ALL parties of ALL actions, otherwise there can be NO legal claim for a deficiency.
