Got a CA trying to collect from me for a bankruptcty my wife filed (see WIFES BANKRUPCTY post) getting ready to write cease and desist but was curious about these dates are the SOL up according to these if not when.Got these off Credit Report: Date opened 10-97
Date of last activity-3-99
Date reported-5-01
ACCT. TRANSFERED OR SOLD Date opened-10-97
Date of last activity-12-00
Date reported- 1-02
CHARGED OFF Sorry to be such a pain but this is not an area I am familiar with and counting on everyones expertise.
