You apparently were sent legal notice of the sale?

Did it include a request for a deficiency balance,or indicate that there was one? Is there a collection item on your report for a deficiency or just the repo.?

You might try disputing this to the CRA as not mine, no such account in my name for this amount.

If it is verified,then you need to send a letter to the OC requesting a full and complete accounting and proof of all required notices to you under Missouri statues, UCC § 9.,or deletion from your credit reports.State that you will seek legal action for violations of the FCRA and Mo. UCC § 9 if this is not removed.
