Everything I had was lost in a fire a couple years ago. I checked my credit reports, there is nothing on it.
If I file an answer now and go ahead and go to court claiming SOL. Will they have to provide the original date then? and if it isn't quite 10 years, I would have the judgement against me either way. I live in RI now.
Or is it up to me to provide the date in court?
