I see that First Energy (Ohio Edison) is trying to play it down, but it is looking more and more, that possibly it all started here in Ohio. Their lines were going off line and supposedly an alarm
failed to go off that would have notified them of the problem. Yeh, the Ags office is a piece of work. We seem to have a consumer protection division that refuses to protect, and and another division called constituant services section, that refuses to provide services. These people told me that it was not their job to provide information regarding interpertation of the revised code. Their is no where to go to get an interpertive opinion of their revised code. One person almost slipped up and said something about someplace that rendered opinions, but then backed off, and I got the impression it was a service provided only for the legislators to use.
