texas judgment question

Ok as most of you know experian nows owes me $1000. I am in ohio and they are in texas. They had me fill out tax forms but no check and they will not answer calls. I have a feeling they will take the tax writeoff and leave me hanging. I know I have to transfer the judgment to down in texas but how do I do this, what are the costs, and once it is transferred what can I do legally to get the money i.e. garnish bank account, lien on property, ect. Also, if I have to transfer can I make them eat the costs?
