Do you have proof the cease and desist was sent and received such as the green slip or fax receipt. IF so then sue them in small claims court. I say this because ASSet ASSeptance has files thousands of time barred lawsuits against people in my state and they deserve every lawsuit that can possible be sent their way. Also, I know a NACA attorney out of michigan who said he would take all fdcpa cases on contingency and he is a good guy.
