Thanks LadynRed, I appreciate your comments.

I have a copy of my credit report that I requested in 1998. It clearly shows the date of last activity as 3/97. Earlier this year 2003 I pulled my report and noticed that the CA re-aged the account and listed it as 9/97. I disputed the account and the CA removed it from all three agencies which then resulted in this summons.

Seems like the Plaintiff's Lawyer intends on dragging the case out as long as possible given that the title of the interrogatories document is "FIRST SET OF INTERROGATORIES"

Question?
Is there anything I can send them, in addition to my affirmmative defenses, that will move the process along to arbitration and skip all the inbetween games.
