Use this as your template. Send certified mail, return receipt requested to CAMCO at:

303 N Main Street
Rockford IL 61101
ATTN: Justin Jones.

What you will get back is a fake notarized letter. This is NOT the legal documentation they are required to send you upon your demand. If they contact you further after receiving your letter without fulfilling the requirements, you can sue them for violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

If Justin calls you again, tell him there is a letter on its way to him and not to contact you further until he and CAMCO do as it says. At that point, immediately hang up. Make notes of all contact: date, time, with whom, where and what was said. Keep an accurate file of all dealings with them.
