Can someone tell me WHO can pull a hard inquiry? Only with my permission? My visa sent me a letter stating they were raisisng my % because of a judgement I have on my credit and they would only know that if they saw my whole report, right? I did not give them permission to look at my report. How do I find out? I am going to pull all 3 reports....best way to do that? the combo way or each individual is cheaper?
