Out of state judgement

Way back in the mid 80's I got a loan from a bank which has been taken over by Commercial Financial Corporation. The bank had gotten a default judgement in Ohio ( I was not notified) I found out about the judgement recently from a credit report. Now This law firm is sending me a paper to fill out an Examination of Judgement debtor and return it Laywer L.P.A. I my new state of WV. What do I do now?
