Secondary name on overdrawn checking.. am I at risk?

Hi there! About 2-3 years ago my boyfriends account got closed due to being overdrawn. When it was opened, it was just in his name, but then we added mine to it. I know he's in ChexSystems, but I don't know if I am. Also, I had a savings account closed due to being overdrawn bye $30 (for 3 days if you can believe it!!).. anyways... question #1 - will my name be in chexsystems due to his account, and #2 do credit unions report savings accounts to chexsystems??? Any help is GREATLY appreciated! Im tired of payin to cash paychecks and now I have a check from out of town business i CANT CASH! OUCH! :o)
