The request for admissions is legal, you can send the same to them, as long as they are not asking about bank accounts etc.

If hey are asking about the account, just use the same things you did in your answer.

If, on the other hand, it is a requst for information about your assets, send it back unanswered and file a motion for summary judgment on the basis of abuse of proccess.
