I have a stupid question--if part of his answer was improper venue, didn't he just make a general appearance by filing an answer which now subjects him to jurisdiction of the Fla. court? Or was his answer a demurrer? Not trying to disagree, Scott, I know you have this stuff down, I'm just trying to educate myself since I'll probably be going thru the court process soon myself.
