Boy, I have the same problem---I bought credit watch because Equifax is the most problematic of the big-3. I fought like hell to get Sears off my report and have letter from RMA with the deletion. Now, after I think all is well at 722 and climbing, SEARS put back on the 7 year old debt on my Equifax (only Eq) report. I immediately called Eqfax to dispute and now have to go through the BS again with the 21-30 day validation. I'm about ready to file in court. This will never end until I get my name out of their data bases. I suggest you keep copies of credit reports for proof of the re-age and perhaps we should all get together and put to an end the SEARS/RMA/Equifax conspiracy. BTW the EQFX credit watch is a croque too. They never notified me of the change. I ended up paying 12.95 more to find this out. What do you do about Equifax? If you sue, they'll black label your report for life....Anyone?????
