Possibly, but you might risk some problems. I suggest yo call the Court clerk and ask what the time limits are for filing an ammendment, and if it will create a delay in the Court date (which I think i would as the parties are all required to have proper notice) You MIGHT consider requesting permission of the Court in writing to ammend, or doso at the hearing.
