Whychat, help with correct order

I have been using your letters to send to these collection agencies but can you please let me know if I am doing them in the right order. I received one letter stating I owed them for a Sears bill. On my credit report it is due to drop off next april (that will be 7 years) so I just sent them the notification of SOL letter. I did not do the validation letter 1st because I already knew what account it was and it is past the SOL anyway. I got another letter from a different agency for 2 different accounts that I don't know what they are. Is this where I send the validation letter and if then can verify then I send the SOL letter? I just want to make sure that I am doing them all in the correct order. Thanks.
