Who are these assholes? And why do they put a NEW collection account every 2 goddamn months for the same fucking charge-off that's almost 8 years old on my credit report? Isn't there a law against repeatedly reporting the same thing again and again and again and again? For God's sake, what would happen to me if I emailed someone 500 times with the same message? Isn't that considered spamming? Isn't there a LAW against spamming? Wouldn't reporting the same debt over and over and over again to make it look like I'm some kind of asshole who's made a career out of charging-off credit cards be illegal? Anyone else here have a similar problem with continuous, repetitive reports for the same account? It's really getting ridiculous. I've done nothing but pay my bills on time for 2 years now and instead of my credit getting better, it's gotten worse. Christ, I feel like shooting someone.
