I live in ca. I had debts from 1990 and they came off my credit report in 97. I know the sol for open accts. is 4 years and judgements is 10 years. I understand the sol ran out for me,but my question is. Can they get a judgement after the sol ran out? or does that go 10 years back to the date I made my last payment?
