Once you are beyond the legal SOL, you ARE "debt free" legally.

There is NO reason to file BK.

Send out the SOL letter from my website next Month to ALL the CA's. It includes a cease and desist from reporting as well as continued collection activities.

I then suggest starting at the end of Nov. you dispute these accounts 2 or 3 at a time with each of the CRA's. The Holiday season is the best time to do that.
