After falling behind in our bills, we contacted our
creditors who agreed to allow us to pay thur a non-profit agency. We have been paying faithfully for
18 months, however, during that time Capitol One and
Home Depot have listed our accounts as CHARGED OFF and
nowhere on our credit report does it list the Collection Agencies that we are paying on their behalf.
Doesn't this amount to double dipping for the credit
card companies and how can it be proved you are paying
the bills if the Collection Agencies are not listed on
the Credit Report?
