Well This FNANB just charged off about a month ago. They have been sending us regular bills showing late amounts and balance owed. Just recently did we receive another letter from this same attorney to say he had taken over collecting the debt for FNANB. It seems he's very quick since we didn't receive anything from him in the meantime or phone calls. I will call the court to ask though because these papers are so confusing.
