I understand, but the fdca states they only have to provide name and address. I understand if it goes to court, but im trying to avoid in hopes that since alleged debt is so old, collector wont be able to get said info. nowhere in the fdca does it state they must provide original documentation. it seems like a catch 22.. please explain if possible more details or what i might expect?
