What if one CA has assigned a new CA to collect debt?
In this case Northland Group was assigned NCO/Assignee of citicorp (that's how it reads) and bares the orig. a/c number from citibank too, however I do not know who NCO is and if this is/was a valid debt it is more than 10 years old. **do I need validation that NCO assigned northland?
**or just validation of the original account?
**if it is an alleged debt why send an SOL letter before anything has been validated anyway?
**if account is validated then should I send an SOL letter?
