You are missing part of the core of your OS. I did not see where you stated what OS you are using, but it is either Windows NT, 2K, or one of the XP versions. The OS needs to be either reloaded, or I have found that the ntldr file can be copied to the HDD from a floppy and sometimes that will work. Copy it to C:\. If you need a copy of this file, let me know what OS you are using. I have all versions. Let me know at the above email address.
