You can opt out with 1 phone call- My website has a link "Opt Out & Report Fraud".

Wait 30 days after you have opted out,then get each credit report on line individually from each CRA.Do not waste your $$ on "3 in 1" reorts, or "credit monitoring" or "credit scores".
