My BIL & SIL joined a program similar to this several months ago. Before they joined they were ontime with all cc's but it was getting more & more difficult to keep up and that is why they joined. Well, now all of the cc's show up with 1 30 day late, 1 60 day late, 1 90 day late and 2 show up at 120 days late all because of the credit counseling service. They took their money 1st and paid the creditors 2nd. Now, not only do their cc's show as managed by a credit counseling service but they also have late payment listings that they didn't have prior to that.
