I have been trying to find the Stipulation of Settlement in the documents posted with no luck. How do we get remedy if we can't find what needs to be submitted to what plaintiff? I have documents from 2002 that show my wife's bankruptsy on my report. I know that this is a violation according to the claims document I have received. I need to know what form this violation needs to be presented for the claim to be validated and remedied.
